Ever heard of berberine? I’m guessing you probably haven’t. It’s not a super popular supplement (yet) but one that deserves knowing about, especially if you care about your health.

Berberine is a bioactive compound found in several plants and has been used in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for centuries due to its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and metabolic benefits.
