Ingredients:
- 1 C unsweetened vallila almond milk (or milk/nut milk of choice)
- 1 C strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
- 50 g chocolate whey protein powder
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4-1/2 tsp powdered or 2-3 drops of liquid Stevia (optional)
- ice cubes (optional)
- cocoa nibs and crushed peppermint candy for festive topping (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients (except for optional toppings) in a blender. Blend at high speed until well mixed.
- Pour into 2 cups and add toppings if desired.
