Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 C strong coffee
- 32 g protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/2 C nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- dash of cinnamon
- 4-6 ice cubes
- cocoa nibs (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredient except cocoa nibs in a high speed blender. Blend until well mixed.
- Pour into a cup and top with cocoa nibs if desired.
