A shot of coffee provides an energizing kick, while protein powder delivers a satisfying boost, making it the perfect option for breakfast, a midday snack, or post-workout fuel. Packed with flavor, protein, and essential nutrients, this smoothie is the perfect treat to keep you fueled and feeling great.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 C strong coffee
  • 32 g protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 C nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • cocoa nibs (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredient except cocoa nibs in a high speed blender. Blend until well mixed.
  2. Pour into a cup and top with cocoa nibs if desired.
